We have a strong track record of successful operations in QSR, fast casual and full service restaurant concepts. As managing partner we work on restaurant operations while also handling budgeting and planning tasks. As a managing partner, we take a stake in the new restaurant and provide all necessary functions of the daily operations.

Our duties include reporting performance and financial figures to corporate ownership and implementing strategies and improvement plans in the restaurant. We handle day-to-day tasks such as hiring and training employees, negotiating
with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
